I took a taxi to a spot close to the art museum and then proceeded to walk to the museum.
The Yumin Art Nouveau Collection is a stunning collection of glass art housed in a beautiful building on Jeju Island, South Korea. The collection was amassed by Yumin Hong Jin-gi, the former chairman of JoongAng Ilbo, and features works by some of the most renowned Art Nouveau artists, including Émile Gallé, the Daum brothers, Eugène Michel, and René Lalique.
The art collection is in the building away from the entrance.
The collection is housed in the Genius Loci building, which was designed by the Japanese architect Tadao Ando. The building is made of concrete and basalt, and features long horizontal windows that provide stunning views of the surrounding landscape. The building itself is a work of art, and it perfectly complements the Art Nouveau pieces on display.

The Art Nouveau movement was a decorative arts style that flourished in Europe between the 1890s and the early 1910s. Art Nouveau artists were inspired by nature, and their work is often characterized by flowing lines, organic forms, and floral motifs. The Yumin Art Nouveau Collection is a great location to see the beauty and diversity of Art Nouveau glass art.
