Rock City Gardens, Lookout Mountain, Georgia, USA
Rock City Garden is a magical 4,100 ft trail that weaves in and out of the natural rock on top of Lookout Mountain.
Rock City Gardens: 1400 Patten Rd, Lookout Mountain, Georgia, USA
Rock City features a long, convoluted rock trail lined with gardens containing hundreds of labeled local trees and plants. The trail also leads through a variety of rock formations, including the 1,000 short tons Balanced Rock and Fat Man’s Squeeze. Two other sections, the Fairyland Caverns and Mother Goose Village are rock caves decorated with blacklight-responsive sculptures.
Behind the entrance building, the garden path begins. It is a one-way path that goes around the garden.
This is one of two narrow paths in the garden.
