Lake District Highland Tour, England

I took a day tour to the highlands in Lake District in England, starting at Keswick.

Keswick: 5-7 Market Square, Keswick CA12 5BD

The tour drove us around the mountain and hilly side of the Lake District and ended at a castle.  I tried to book a tour that visits many lakes around the area, but they were all full.

The next to the last stop was this privately owned Muncaster Castle.

Muncaster Castle is a real and privately owned castle located in the Lake District of Cumbria, England. It is a historic property that has been owned by the Pennington family for more than eight centuries, making it one of the oldest family-owned castles in England.
