The Oregon Coast is known for its rugged beauty and diverse landscapes.
Kept driving north from the Oregon Dunes National Recreation Area, I reached the Heceta Head Lighthouse.

The backside
Keeper’s House: Adjacent to the lighthouse is the historic Heceta Head Keeper’s House. Originally built for lighthouse keepers and their families, it has been beautifully restored and operates as a bed and breakfast known as the Heceta Lighthouse Bed and Breakfast.
The lighthouse is one of the most photographed lighthouses in the United States and is situated within the Heceta Head Lighthouse State Scenic Viewpoint.
Kept driving north from the lighthouse. Cooks Chasm Bridge is a scenic bridge located near Yachats, Oregon, on the central Oregon Coast. It is part of the Cape Perpetua Scenic Area.
Drove again north to the next location. The spouting horn is a natural wonder of the Oregon Coast, a sea cave with a narrow opening at the top that shoots water high into the air like a geyser when waves crash into it.
This is the most famous spouting horn in Oregon. There are other spouting horns along the coast, but this one is the most dramatic and accessible.
The panoramic view
Arrived at the Cape Perpetua. I started to walk along the Cape Perpetua Trail near the visitor center.
On to St. Perpetua Trail
Decided to go back to the visitor center from here because it was a challenging trail
On the way back from the trail, I met Giant Spruce Trail, and I took it because it was easy trail.
I turned around from the trail at this point and went back to the parking lot.
I drove to nearby Cape Perpetua Overlook
After driving north along the Oregon Coast, I arrived at the Yaquina Head Outstanding Natural Area.
Another panoramic view
Yaquina Head Lighthouse: The lighthouse has been guiding ships along the Oregon Coast since 1873. Visitors can take guided tours to learn about the history and operation of the lighthouse.

Kept driving north; Stopped at the Pacific Wayside Crest Scenic Point

And another point I stopped was Cape Kiwanda State Natural Area.
This location is called the Green Acres Beach & Trail Rides
A short drive from the last location is the Cape Kiwanda State Natural Area.
