Oil Tank Culture Park, Sky Park, and MBC Sangam Buildings in Seoul

Oil Culture Tank Park is landscaped gardens with decommissioned oil tanks turned into exhibition & performance spaces. Sky (Haneul) Park – it was once a landfill area. But it was converted into a park through the Landfill Recovery Project, which started in 1996. MBC Buildings houses employees of MBC TV Station.

The Oil Tank Culture Park is a park and cultural complex located in Mapo-gu, Seoul.  The park was originally an oil depot.  The Seoul Metropolitan Government decided to transform the park into a pulbic space in order to preserve this historically significant site while raising awareness of sustainability and urban regeneration.  Six oil reservoir tanks remain on site and they have been transformed into performance venues, exhibition halls, and learning spaces.

Sky (Haneul) Park is a vast park located in Seoul, South Korea. It was once a landfill area. But it was converted into a park through the Landfill Recovery Project which started in 1996. Haneul Park is one of the five large parks in the World Cup Park. It’s easily the most popular among the five. Also, it is at the highest part of the World Cup Park which offers tourists a view of Seoul.

MBC is a Korean TV Broadcasting company.  Sangam MBC Office was established recently. In front of this office there is a star road which displays famous actors’ hand prints.
