The street in downtown Gangneung has an area with unused railroad tracks, which is turned into an area where people can stroll

Keep walking straight to the river from Homeplus building in downtown.

Climb up the stairs in front, and there is a bridge that goes over the river.

Turn around.  Behind the left row of stores is the Jungang traditional market.

Came down from the stairs and looked for the traditional market.
