Opened in 2015, Jangsaengpo Whale Culture Village reproduces the scene of an old whaling village.

Ulsan was the center of whaling in South Korea until it was banned in the 1980s.  This village recreates the whaling village of the past.

A short walk from the village is the whale museum.
