On the way to the Wright Brothers National Memorial, I stopped at Virginia Beach.
Virginia Beach, located in southeastern Virginia, is an oceanfront resort city known for its wide sandy beaches, long boardwalk, and family-friendly attractions.
After visiting the Wright Brothers National Memorial, I went to see Jockey’s Ridge State Park, as it was located nearby.
Jockey’s Ridge State Park, in the Outer Banks of North Carolina, is home to the tallest natural sand dunes in the eastern United States. It’s a haven for hiking, hang gliding, sandboarding, and sunset views over Roanoke Sound.
