I took a train ride to Gimyujeong Train Station to see closed old Train Station nearby.  When the new train station was open nearby, this building was decommissioned as a train station. However, the building continues to be preserved for historical and archival purposes.

Just next to the station is the Literary Village of Kim(Gim) You Jeong.  Kim(Gim) Yu Jeong is the late celebrated novelist (1908-1937) who is known as ‘an icon of Chuncheon.’
