The Salton Sea.
Bombay Beach Ruins – the town is abandoned when the Salton Sea became too toxic.
Close to Bombay Beach Ruins is the town of Niland. This town is not an abandoned town like Bombay Beach but a people living town.
Near the Niland, Salvation Mountain is a literal man-made mountain 28 years in the making, covered in half a million gallons of latex paint.
Near the Salvation Mountain is the Land Art in East Jesus.
