Suncheon Seonamsa Temple, South Korea
Seonamsa Temple, with nearly 1,500 years of history, is located in Suncheon, South Korea. It’s said that the temple was first built by the monk Ado in 529 during the reign of King Seong (d. 554), the 26th Baekje monarch. It was rebuilt and repaired numerous times over the next few centuries, eventually achieving its current form.

I walked around Mokpo’s Old City, Yeonhee’s Supermarket, and Yudalsan Nojeokbong, and took Mokpo Marine Cable Car. I also looked around Yudalsan Nojeokbong and Sculpture Park.
Where I stayed in South Korea
I have found where to stay for the trips in South Korea through Airbnb so far. I usually stayed about a week to 10 days in one location before I moved to the following location. The type of stay I was in was mainly a studio type with a private room and bathroom.
Boseong Daehan Dawon Green Tea Farm and Yulpo Beach, South Korea
Boseong South Korea has many green tea farms, and Daehan Dawon is the largest. Yulpo Beach is located close to the tea farm.
Damyang Soswaewon Garden, Korea Gasa Literature Collection, Sikyeongjeong Pavilion, and The Gwangju Ecological Lake Park, South Korea
Soswaewon Garden is an excellent example of a garden from the Joseon Dynasty period. Korea Gasa Literature Collection has a collection of old song lyrics dated from 700 years ago. Sikyeongjeong Pavilion is one of the locations where the famous lyric writer stayed.
