Ca. Rezzonico Palace used as a Museum

The museum is situated along the Grand Canal and is housed in a magnificent Baroque palace, Palazzo Ca’ Rezzonico.

Palazzo Ca’ Rezzonico is an exemplary example of Venetian Baroque architecture. The palace was designed by Baldassarre Longhena in the 17th century and was later completed by Giorgio Massari in the 18th century. It was initially commissioned by the aristocratic Rezzonico family.



Lavish Venetian furniture, glassware, porcelain, chandeliers, textiles, and other decorative arts from the 18th century, showcasing the elegance and craftsmanship of the period.
