Unlike Hanoi, I didn’t explore much of Da Nang’s city area. One reason was that I wasn’t sure where to go beyond the beach, so my photos of the city walk are limited in variety.
These photos were taken after my Ba Na Hills trip. The shuttle bus dropped me off near My Khe Beach in Da Nang, and I explored the area and took photographs. Time was about 5 to 6 p.m.
These photos depict the typical buildings lining one of the wide streets. The area was near the Login Coffee Shop.
Unlike Hanoi, the streets in Da Nang were wide and comfortable for walking. Cars and motorcycles moved at a slower pace, and the streets were not crowded with vehicles. This created a more relaxed atmosphere and a safer feeling for walking around the city.
On another day, I took photos of the area around the hotel where I stayed near My Khe Beach. Unlike the earlier pictures, this area had narrower streets.
This area was near the Hotel Avatar Da Nang.
My Khe Beach was just a short walk from the area where I took the pictures.
