Daehakro is a major “arts & culture street” of Korea with some 150 theaters clustered in the area.
Daehak-ro: 1 Daehak-ro 8-gil, Ihwa-dong, Jongno-gu, Seoul, South Korea.
I came here three times during my stay in Korea to see four theater plays. The plays were fun to watch, and they cost around 15 dollars which is about 50% discounted than the listed price when purchased on Daehakro street.
The set is minimal, and the number of actors is three to six and primarily young. The popular genre is Romantic Comedy.
This is the set for play “쉬어매드니스 (Sheer Madness)” which is an adaptation of whodunit type of American play.
