I walked around Mokpo’s Old City, Yeonhee’s Supermarket, and Yudalsan Nojeokbong, and took Mokpo Marine Cable Car. I also explored Yudalsan Nojeokbong and the Sculpture Park. 234

1913 Songjeong Station Market is a traditional Korean market that has a long history. Gwangju Art Street has many small galleries. 230

Gwangju is where the 5.18 uprising happened. It was a pro-democratic movement in modern Korean history where the martial law Korean military killed 130 civilians. Jeonil Building 245 has evidence of a military helicopter shooting at the building. 228

Deokjin Park is a park for the general public in Jeonju. Jeonju Innocity is a new city built with many research facilities, and Jeonju Arboretum is a large botanical garden. 224

From Daedong Sky Park, a panoramic view of Daejeon city is visible. The Modern History Exhibition Hall displays photos and shows videos on the past 80 years of Daejeon’s history. Hanbat Arboretum is a vast arboretum in Daejeon. 222
